What I respect the most is how Matt, Mikey, and the rest of the team aren't afraid to roll their sleeves up and work on every aspect of the ranch.

It was good to see Mere in the first part of this video, we’ve missed seeing her and the kids, but understand completely the need for privacy.

In retrospect, you have accomplished a lot since you purchased the abandoned resort, but PLEASE "Abandon" the cave digging project! It is super dangerous and is not worth the risk / reward. Think about it. The old timer filled it in for a reason, and you should do the same thing again.

In order of my favorite Abandoned Ranch vids: 1. Range Day 2. CAAAAAAAVES and cave digging (except the claustrophobic ones, I was like nope!) 3. Yes THE FREAKIN WINE cellar!!! 4. Demo/it-goes-BOOM days 5. Stuff with your wife and kids in it. We miss the family (not all of us are crazy weirdos but respect the decision) 6. Kayaking down the river vid (so fun to watch, reminded me of my childhood)

Matt I have watched every single video that you have put out since you took us to the abandoned mansion. I can't believe it is a year. Seems a lot longer ago than that. This compilation of everything just brought back so many wonderful memories. I know you and every one works hard out there but I love the fun and comradery you all have.
